You Keep: 70% of tuition | TOTW takes: 30%

Why 30%? We find students, collect payment, provide materials, handle complaints, manage schedules. Solo tutors do all this themselves + lose students to non-payment.

Real Examples:

1 student at PKR 15,000 = You earn PKR 10,500/month

3 students at PKR 15,000 = You earn PKR 31,500/month

5 students at PKR 15,000 = You earn PKR 52,500/month

10 students at PKR 15,000 = You earn PKR 105,000/month

You Teach → We Collect → We Pay You

When: 5 days after you complete 30 days of teaching

How: Direct bank transfer

Minimum: 12 classes per month to qualify

If you teach fewer classes: You get paid proportionally (fair, right?)

Example: 8 classes instead of 12 = 70% of 8 classes paid

Communication:

• Respond to TOTW within 4 hours
• Report issues immediately
