Need to Reschedule?

• Tell us 24 hours before = free rescheduling
• Tell us same day = class counts as done (tutor was already traveling to you)

Fair policy? Your doctor charges cancellation fees. Your tutor traveled to your house. We only ask 24 hours notice.

Too many last-minute cancellations? We may offer your slot to families on our waiting list (we have 15+ families waiting).
